Step 1 — Clean First with HD Paver Prep

Before any sealing job, surface prep is everything. HD Paver Prep Efflorescence Cleaner & Pre-Seal Preparator by Techniseal® is a heavy-duty, acid-free cleaner that dissolves efflorescence (whitish salt deposits), removes ground-in dirt, traffic marks, and staining contaminants from concrete pavers, slabs, and retaining walls.

All Techniseal sealers are 2-in-1 formulas that seal and protect while simultaneously stabilizing sand or aggregate joints. Choose your finish based on the look you want and the surface you're sealing.

NS Natural Look — Eggshell Finish

Water-based, acrylic formula that preserves the original, natural appearance of concrete pavers and slabs. Ideal for clients who want protection without changing the look of their pavers.

JS Satin Look — Satin Finish

Water-based, acrylic formula with a smooth satin finish that enhances natural paver color. A popular middle ground between a flat natural look and a high-gloss wet look.

• Low odor & environmentally friendly

JSW Wet Look — Gloss Finish

Water-based, hybrid resin formula delivering a rich, permanent wet look with deep color enhancement. Best for clients who want bold, saturated color and a polished finish.

WL-87 Green — Semi-Gloss Wet Look (Natural Stone)

Solvent-based, low-VOC, 3-in-1 formula engineered for high-volume applicators working on natural stone. Seals, enhances color, and stabilizes joints in a single application.

• 3-in-1: seals & shields, enhances color, stabilizes joints
• Antifungal protection against mold, moss & algae
• Excellent hot tire pickup resistance
• Rain-resistant after just 80 minutes
• Coverage (as sealer): 750–1,250 sf/pail | (as joint stabilizer): 400–600 sf/pail
• Note: Solvent-based — ensure adequate ventilation during application
