Concrete Paver Mfg. arent all the same, but my experiences over 25 years with the names listed on this site has been actions of good faith. Good faith for their brands, good faith in setting and meeting your expectations, and good faith in making sure that your project becomes another fine example of what makes our industry remarkable. We will work with the Mfg.s to meet or exceed the industries written standards.
Satisfaction begins with Samples. Make sure you approve of an actual samples before ordering. It is a necessary step.
Because Belgard and Tremron function primarily as manufacturers selling through local distributors and authorized dealers, neither company maintains a direct, standalone e-commerce consumer return policy on their official websites. Instead, product returns (non-defective) are governed by local dealer/distributor terms, while product issues (defective/damaged) are covered by manufacturer warranties.
Below is a single, unified policy framework that synthesizes how returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled across both delivery scenarios.
Unified Hardscape Return & Exchange Policy
1. Pre-Delivery Scenario (Cancellation Before Ship/Dispatch)

Standard Stock Items: Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch or loading at the manufacturing yard/distributor warehouse without additional return or restocking fees.

Special Orders & Custom Items: Custom runs, non-standard colors, or non-inventory special orders cannot be canceled or modified once production or order staging has commenced.
2. Post-Delivery Scenario (Delivered Materials)

Return Window: Returns for non-defective, unused product are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery through the selling dealer or distributor.

Condition & Packaging Requirements:

Pavers, wall units, and palletized hardscapes must be unused, uninstalled, and intact in their original factory wrapping or shrink-wrap on original pallets.

Returns must be bundled in original layers so they can be safely loaded via forklift.

Partial pallets, broken units, loose pavers, or opened bulk materials are non-returnable.

Restocking & Freight Fees:

Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all round-trip freight, delivery, and flatbed pickup fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions: Wet-cast products, non-stock colors, special orders, and clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries (Manufacturer Warranty Claims)

Inspection Upon Arrival: All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Notice of damaged, broken, or mis-shipped product must be filed prior to installation.

Defective Product Coverage:

If units are verified as defective under manufacturer terms, the material will be replaced at no charge.

Belgard: Covered under a lifetime transferable limited warranty for material replacement.

Tremron: Covered under a 25-year residential / limited commercial warranty for material replacement or purchase price refund.

Limitations: Warranties cover material replacement only. 1 Labor, freight, delivery, re-installation costs, and standard color variations or efflorescence are not covered. 2
