HD Paver Prep Efflorescence Cleaner & Pre-Seal Preparator by Techniseal® is a heavy-duty, acid-free cleaner specially formulated to dissolve efflorescence (whitish salt deposits) and remove ground-in dirt, traffic marks, and other staining contaminants from concrete pavers, slabs, and retaining walls.

Free of hydrochloric (muriatic) acid, HD Paver Prep works deep without discoloring or damaging surfaces. It brightens paver color, cleans evenly, and opens the surface for better sealer penetration — extending the durability of every sealing job.

Regulatory note: Not available in UT or the following CA counties: LA, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino (SCAQMD). North America compliant in all other regions.

Delivery to the job-site is to begin within 30 days after receipt on our yard, and 100% of the materials ordered must be delivered no later than 90 days after receipt on our yard
Purchaser is responsible for determining all quantities
Purchaser is required to pay for all materials ordered; if product comes on a Pallet you will be charged for a pallet
50% Deposit may be required at time of ordering
Remaining 50% is due prior to shipment from manufacturer
