WL-87 Green Semi-Gloss Wet Look Joint Stabilizing Sealer by Techniseal® is a high-quality, low-VOC, solvent-based 3-in-1 sealer engineered for high-volume applicators. It seals and shields, enhances color, and stabilizes sand or aggregate joints in a single breathable formula that penetrates deeply for superior bonding.

Its antifungal film protection guards against mold, moss, and algae, while its Stain Guard forms a protective barrier against de-icing salts, acids, and alkalis. Rain-resistant after just 80 minutes, WL-87 delivers a fast, durable, professional finish.
